Too much to do!

Just when I thought I had nothing to do, I have tons to do! I like to lounge around as much as the next person (Perry Mason re-runs, anything on the HGTV and Food Network channels are my favorites), but it seems like there is always something that needs to be done, and right now that’s catching up on all of my work for the upcoming SHU WPF residency.
I was able to work a lot on my thesis during this past term off so I don’t feel behind going into the residency, but I’m no where near where I want to be as far as having it ready to Pass. I’m so grateful to Tracy (http://www.tracywilsonburns.com) for helping me with the grammar, reading through the entire rough draft, and giving me my target-market’s perspective. I’m currently on page 186 of comma revisions, hoping to wrap that up, add another 15 pages or so, fix the boring parts so it’s ready for my mentor to read, and oh yeah…read the world’s longest fantasy book that’s a required reading for the first day at residency. I need to read more, but I’m not sure a 700-page fantasy novel is at the top of my list. 
This is fun work though- the revising, the creating, and planning…who knows? Summer Road may just get finished yet.
